$99 of your total registration cost is non-refundable.

Early bird pricing of $449 will be available until June 1, 2025. After June 1st, the regular conference rate will be $549.

Once approved for attendance, registration may be canceled any time prior to June 1, 2025. If you intend to cancel, please submit written confirmation to [email protected] by May 30, 2025 in order receive your refund.

Registration can be transferred to another person prior to October 1, 2025. If you intend to transfer your registration, please submit written confirmation to [email protected] by September 15, 2025. Notification, full payment, and registration account changes must be completed prior to October 1, 2025. IATDG will not assist in the process of identifying, registering, or payment for transferring.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to be photographed or filmed and grant IATDG the right to use your image in promotional materials, including the conference website, social media, and printed publications, without further notice or compensation. You waive any claims related to the use of your likeness in these materials.
