Cancellation and Refunds

$99 of your total registration cost is non-refundable. The exception will be if a registrant takes a tour job with an IATDG tour operator that is in direct conflict with the dates of the IATDG conference.

The early bird pricing will remain in effect until June 1, 2024.

Registrants who pay only the $99 deposit must remit balance of payment no later than June 1, 2024 to receive early registration pricing. This will be automatically collected from the card on file.

Registration may be canceled (less $99) any time prior to June 1, 2024. If you intend to cancel, please submit written confirmation to [email protected] by May 30, 2024 in order receive your refund.

Registration can be transferred to another person prior to October 1, 2024. If you intend to transfer your registration, please submit written confirmation to [email protected] by September 15, 2024. Notification, full payment, and registration account changes must be completed prior to October 1, 2024. IATDG will not assist in the process of identifying, registering, or payment for transferring the registration.
