Cancellation and Refunds

$99 of your total registration cost is non-refundable. The exception will be if a registrant takes a tour job with an IATDG tour operator that is in direct conflict with the dates of the IATDG conference.

The Early Bird rate of $449 will be available until June 1, 2025. After June 1st, the regular conference rate will be $549.

Interviews are part of the conference fee and there is no additional charge.

Final payment will be due on June 1, 2025. Registration may be canceled (less $99) any time prior to June 1, 2025. If you intend to cancel, please submit written confirmation to [email protected] by May 30, 2024 in order receive your refund.

Registration can be transferred to another person prior to October 1, 2025. If you intend to transfer your registration, please submit written confirmation to [email protected] by September 15, 2025. Notification, full payment, and registration account changes must be completed prior to October 1, 2025. IATDG will not assist in the process of identifying, registering, or payment for transferring the registration.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to be photographed or filmed and grant IATDG the right to use your image in promotional materials, including the conference website, social media, and printed publications, without further notice or compensation. You waive any claims related to the use of your likeness in these materials.
