Cancellation and Refunds

$100 of your total registration cost is non-refundable.

A price freeze on the 'early bird' has been extended to October 8, 2021. The price will remain $399 until October 8.

The deposit option has also been extended to Sept 1. Registrants who pay only the $100 deposit must remit balance of payment no later than September 1, 2021, to receive early registration pricing. This will be automatically collected from the card on file.

Registration may be canceled (less $100) any time prior to September 1, 2021. If you intend to cancel, please submit written confirmation to [email protected] prior to September 1, 2021 in order receive your refund.

Registration can be transferred to another person prior to October 15, 2021. If you intend to transfer your registration, please submit written confirmation to [email protected] prior to October 15, 2021. Notification, full payment, and registration account changes must be completed prior to October 15, 2021. IATDG will not assist in the process of identifying, registering, or payment for transferring.
