Cancellation and Refunds

$100 of your total registration cost is non-refundable.

Interviewing registrants who pay only the $100 deposit must remit balance of payment no later than July 1, 2023, to receive early registration pricing. This will be automatically collected from the card on file. Those who will not be interviewing and who select the extended registration deadline will remit balance on August 15, 2023 from the card on file.

Registration may be canceled (less $100) any time prior to July 1, 2023. If you intend to cancel, please submit written confirmation to [email protected] by June 30, 2023 in order receive your refund.

Registration can be transferred to another person prior to October 1, 2023. If you intend to transfer your registration, please submit written confirmation to [email protected] by September 15, 2023. Notification, full payment, and registration account changes must be completed prior to October 1, 2023. IATDG will not assist in the process of identifying, registering, or payment for transferring the registration.
