The Astor Crowne Plaza, the conference hotel and the 'gateway to the French Quarter', is located on the corner of Canal and Bourbon streets. Talk about a perfect location to immerse ourselves in the deep culture of NOLA.

Not only is the rate of $129 per night an absolute steal for what just might be the most notable street corner in the country, but the rate also includes the cost of one of our planned activities during the week. This is a 4 star hotel and we are still able to offer a rate of $129/night, even with industry prices up over 54% in 2023.

IATDG has made it a mission to ensure we are making TourConnect as affordable as possible by keeping conference pricing and hotel rates low. We encourage everyone to stay at the conference hotel since this is what allows IATDG to negotiate these rates and to make each conference successful.

Since IATDG is managing the hotel registrations for 2023, we'd like to offer two payment options. The first is to pay in Full at the time of booking. Please select the total number of nights you wish to stay and your card will be charged for this number plus taxes and fees. The second option is to pay a deposit of one room night now. Full payment will be required 30 days out (NLT October 5) and you will be notified accordingly.

SMOKE FREE POLICY
In alignment with all IHG Hotels, the Astor Crowne Plaza is a smoke free hotel. The hotel is smoke free in all areas of the Hotel: lobby, guest rooms, and restaurant, lounge, meeting and banquet facilities. To protect the smoke free environment, the Hotel will post a $250.00 cleaning fee to the account of any guests who smokes in their hotel room.
NOISE
In order for the Hotel to provide a suitable environment for all guests and other groups in-house and to comply with local noise ordinances, Guest agrees that Hotel has the right in its reasonable discretion to restrict noise to a reasonable level. Guest agrees to subdue activities while on property that include music, loud speakers, cheering, singing, shouting, or other loud noises. The Hotel shall have the right to require that the Guest discontinue or reduce noise that is disrupting other guests or events. If Guest does not comply, Guest agrees to reimburse Hotel for the value of any concessions or amounts paid to disturbed guests or groups as a result of disturbance caused by Guest plus a $50.00 administrative fee for each noise complaint.
PARKING
The hotel offers valet parking only. If you choose to use valet parking, fees are $49 USD per night. ($55.22 inclusive of all taxes). Over sized vehicles may be valet parked for $59 USD per night ( $66.49 inclusive of all taxes).
INCIDENTALS
Incidentals will be off for all rooms at check in. If you wish to make them available you will need to place a major credit or debit card on file. The hold is $60 per night.
